...as I'm unveiling some new designs for MODA Creative Summer Fashion Parade.

To celebrate the latest summer trends, MODA Creative Who said they're "loving our Chuck Bass-esque collection" dedicated the January edition to emerging designers styled by Fashion Society. Summer Solstice Fashion

December 21:Today is the official Summer Solstice in Australia. 

We have given the trends for Spring from our last Men's Style Guide article - Spring Trend that Women like you to Wear. 

While clothings like polo shirts and relaxed jeans are staples of summer wear every year, each summer also brings with it a set of unique seasonal looks. This summer, it's all about pastels, neutrals, and tailored pieces.

In a season of blues, the solid cobalts and porcelain-plate blues were also right on trend.  Well, any plate blues will be perfect since it is a shade worthy of any season, emanating a classic and historic appeal that keeps it continuously in fashion.

Wil Valor Style Guide: Get ready for this Spring Carnival.

What are the current trends for this racing season for patterns, colours and fabrics?

Men’s racing fashion will always be about tradition but this year it’s with a modern twist and dandy appeal.

Men's hues take a bright and playful approach.  Trend report says blue is the colour for Summer/Spring 2012, with yellow and orange continuing to make a statement.

There is so much variation and choice this year, you should be able to find something that complements your personal style. 

Principal print trends making waves right now:  

Florals, 

Yes! Men can wear floral patterns and remain masculine; 

Polka Dot,

 

ensure the dots are small and the colours not too bright; 

Paisley

Other trending patters include Geometrics and plaids.

The Mix: this time, it's about mixing formal with informal: luxury fabrics and eclectic pieces will be thrown together casually. Slightly more casual options will no doubt have you feeling more comfortable, while still looking good and no doubt catching the eye of some female fashionistason the field!
